Your invoices stay on your device. We only measure how the website is used, and only with your consent where the law requires it.
Your invoices and business details
Everything you type into the invoice generator, including your business details, client details, logo and invoices, is stored only in your web browser's local storage on your own device. It is never sent to or stored on our servers.
PDF invoices are created inside your browser, so we never see them. If you clear your browser data, your saved invoices are deleted too, so use Export in History to keep a backup.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and how often invoices are downloaded. This helps us improve the tool and our guides.
Google Analytics may set cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
Your choice: visitors in the UK, European Economic Area and Switzerland are not tracked with analytics cookies unless they click Accept on our cookie notice. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again.

Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a limited time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you. Because we do not store your invoice data, most requests can be handled by clearing your browser data. For anything else, contact us through alaminshoji.com.
